Depending on the kind of experience you’re seeking, the entire weekend is thoughtfully designed to support where you are in your relationship journey. You can choose a fully arranged, all-inclusive retreat where everything is taken care of and your only task is to show up—open and ready for change. Or opt for a more grounded, at-home experience, with plenty of options in between.
The weekend includes structured sessions with breaks, space for sharing, embodiment practices, and time to integrate.
