a unique view on life
The WheelDear Woman,
The time has come for you to regain your power and fully trust your body’s innate knowledge of what she needs to be radiant and joyful. Your body holds infinite wisdom that we all have the power to tap into. Chances are, you have forgotten what this wisdom is and how to access it.
My mission is to create a paradigm where women make choices for their life and health based on this power. A paradigm where they effortlessly access their wisdom. Vitality and radiance are gifts we all can experience, no matter how many years we have been on Earth or the relationship we have had with our body up until now.
This is a beautiful conceptual framework, but how can we translate it into real-world practice? By integrating the Wheel of Life framework with foundational elements rooted in intrinsic motivation, we can create a system that ensures aligned actions. This approach not only provides a clear direction but also guides consistent growth and long-term fulfillment and happiness.
Symbolism of the Wheel
A wheel is rounded and unbroken, embodying both universal and personal significance. Just as life is in perpetual motion, so is the wheel. Its perfect form shows how, when in balance, without any breaks or missing pieces, a wheel can turn effortlessly, sustaining its forward motion.
However, when the wheel is not completely round—if it is damaged, uneven, or unbalanced—it will struggle to move smoothly, halting or encountering resistance.
This reflects life itself. When the various areas of your life—such as health, relationships, work, and personal growth—are not in balance, you may feel burdened, face greater struggles, and find it harder to deal with challenges. On the other hand, when all aspects of your life are aligned and harmonious, life flows more smoothly. Even in the face of difficulties, you can handle them with greater ease and resilience.
Progress in Motion:
A wheel moves forward, symbolizing progress, innovation, and the journey of life. It reflects the idea that your efforts will lead to evolution and transformation.
Cycles and Continuity:
The wheel’s circular shape represents the unending nature of time, seasons, and life cycles. It encourages you to know that once you start making changes in one area of your life, other areas will also begin to shift and evolve.
Balance and Unity:
A well-functioning wheel requires harmony among its parts. This unity symbolizes the balance needed in life to achieve stability and growth. Balance is created by bringing your conscious attention to what you wish to change.
Ongoing Change: As the wheel turns, it reminds us that change is constant and inevitable. As you embark on your journey, accompanied by The Wheel, change will naturally occur. The dynamic of change propels The Wheel forward, supporting further changes along the way. This is a continuous process that unfolds almost effortlessly, with each change creating momentum for the next.
The Wheel as a bridge
The Wheel is a system designed to support you in achieving change and moving forward. When the desire to improve your life is strong, motivation tends to be high. However, what’s often missing is knowing where to start or what steps to take.
The Wheel programs I created serve as a bridge between the desire for change and the actions that bring it to life. You can also think of it as a connection between wishing and realizing, asking and receiving, or your thoughts and your actions.
What makes the way I offer The Wheel unique is that it takes our multidimensionality into consideration. The desire to change isn’t solely inspired by the external world; it is also deeply rooted in the heart’s true desires and the experiences and emotions you wish to embody when achieving your goals.
The Wheel serves as a doorway—a connector between your inner and outer worlds, your desires and actions, and your Soul and Human self.
